Life has many ups and downs. Its fluctuations sometimes make me want to cut off from everything and everyone and sometimes give me what I want in the best way without any difficulty. But I always had a feeling that I could not give up on life, even when I did not want it. Life is stronger than any resisting force.

At home and among friends, they call me Ali. My father was a shepherd and he left us when he was very young. After a short time, my mother and my only sister passed away and left me alone. I learned to stand on my own feet, to be in the middle of the pit with oily hands and not to climb the stairs of success with the hardship of others.

I worked since childhood. Working was always the most important part of my life. I did many jobs and did them all with heart and soul. I worked for others for years hoping to work for myself one day. I worked eighteen hours a day for a long time. I never minded working and whatever I am and have today, I have paid the price for it.

My professional work started with metal industries, turning, pressing and molding. In the seventies, we entered the field of automotive parts. Today, Kian Group has about two thousand employees with 53 years of industrial experience and with the help of my children and most of the reputable Iranian car manufacturers are our business partners
